High Court Litigation. We have many years of experience in dealing with High Court Litigation, to include actions in the Queen’s Bench Division, Commercial Court, Chancery Court and Bankruptcy Court. County Court Litigation. We are fully conversant with, and experienced in, all areas of County Court Litigation including injury claims, land disputes, breach of contract, consumer liability actions and County Court Injunctions under the Protection from Harassment Legislation.
