Bronagh McCauley graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast on the 9th July 2004 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on the 28th September 2006. She has been a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order Panel since 2009. The Children Order panel are those Solicitors accredited by the Law Society of Northern Ireland to represent children in all proceedings under the Children (NI) Order 1996 where such representation is required. This ordinarily means children who are subject to Care Order or Secure Accommodation Order proceedings. She was also recently admitted to the newly formed NI Guardian Ad Litem Agency panel of Solicitors. This is a newly formed panel of qualified and approved Solicitors who are permitted to represent Guardians Ad Litem. Guardians Ad Litem are persons who are appointed to act by the Courts for children in Children Order and Adoption Order proceedings. Membership of both panels is a reflection on her expertise in the area of Children’s Law. She has been part of the team at John J. Mc Nally & Co. since July 2006.
